Chaayos Experience - Grand Street Noida Noida's Finest

"Chaayos has, as usual, maintained its food quality. We ordered chilla, kesar malai chai, poha, and chole bhature, and everything was absolutely delicious. However, the service was disappointing and seems to have declined significantly. Despite calling the staff multiple times, someone came to take the order only after a long wait and appeared least interested. We had to remind them four times just to get the chilla served. Unfortunately, the staff quality at Chaayos has drastically gone down, which took away from an otherwise good food experience."

"A step up from the usual Chaayos store, this somewhat larger and fancier version is called ‘Chaayos Experience’: a tea lounge. The décor is a little more upscale, and the menu offers a wide range of teas (plus other drinks, both hot and cold, including coffee), snacks, breakfast items, and main meals, such as chhole-bhature, rajma-chawal, etc. We ordered a protein power paneer sandwich, a loaded nachos, strawberry pop fizz, desi cold coffee, and blueberry cheesecake. Everything was very good, but I must especially praise the sandwich and the cheesecake: both were fabulous. The sandwich had a good amount of flavour without being overly spicy, and the seeds mixed through it, along with the chutney and lettuce, was great. The cheesecake was far better than almost any other coffee/tea store offers. Great value for money."

"My visit to Chaayos was extremely underwhelming. The staff seemed completely apathetic, as if customers were an inconvenience. The service was slow, the behaviour was borderline pathetic, and there was absolutely no effort to provide even a basic pleasant experience. For a brand known for comfort and warmth, this outlet failed to deliver either. Truly disappointing."

"We thought that this restaurant can be good option for eating but behaviour of staff is so arrogant. I have ordered varieties of food none of the drink or food came on table and them food came first and snacks come later and drink on the last. Even food they served uncooked Tikki chaat covering with chutneys. They thought they can serve anything and customer are blind and eat. Place is full with lots if fliea. Very unhygienic. Pathetic experience with chaayos."

"Amazing food and quick service! The staff is always smiling, polite, and very helpful, which makes the overall experience great. The only downside is the billing process—it’s quite slow, especially the OTP step, which definitely needs improvement. That said, highly recommended for good food and excellent service overall."
